Essential Job Requirements:

• In-Depth Area Knowledge: The candidate must have excellent knowledge of various local areas, market trends, and local property prices.
• Genuine Passion for Real Estate: Must possess a love and passion for the real estate field and investing in it.
• Real Estate Sector Experience: Prior experience in the real estate field is preferred, even if basic, or a fundamental understanding of real estate buying and selling processes.
• Good Educational Background: The candidate must have a good level of education (university degree preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues, including clear writing and reporting.
• Mobility: Owning a personal car and a valid driver's license is essential for covering the area and accessing various properties and meetings.
